During the registration, the User or Artist performs following steps:
1. filling out the form available on the Website: providing the User's name, name and surname, e-mail address, password and optionally a short description (bio).
2. confirmation that the User has read the Regulations and that the User accepts its provisions,
3. confirmation of the e-mail address via the e-mail that will arrive after sending filled form. Confirmation is done by pressing the link (reference) in the message sent to provided e-mail address by Artplanet.
4.verification made by the website for the Artist's Account*
5. gaining access to the Account by using the name (login) and password. *- the service verifies the Artist's registration. It is only after the Artist has received the confirmation of positive verification of the registration to the e-mail address provided by the Artist that the registration can be considered effective.

How do I change my password?
Please enter the section ‘My profile’ (link) and go to the ‘Account settings’ where you may change your password. If you forgot your password, you can change it via the password recovery option.

How to delete my account?
To delete your account please enter the section ‘My profile’ and go ‘Account setting’. There you will find the ‘Deactivate account’ button, by clicking it you will delete your account and all content in it.
The data may be stored by the Artplanet Service for the time specified in the Terms of Use of the website here in the situations indicated in its content. If you are an Artist, the Product Models sold before removing your account will be produced and delivered to clients by the Artplanet in accordance with the Terms Of Use of the website.

What are the sizes of Artplanet products?
Each purchased Artplanet product you receive in the form of a unique poster with high quality and vivid colors, printed on a durable metal canvas, made of 100% steel, in one of three sizes:

How to take care of my Artplanet poster?
The surface of the poster can be, from time to time, wiped with a dry cloth to remove dust. It is recommended that you do not rub the poster surface with any material and do not use chemicals in liquid or water.
Is the magnetic mounting system included in the price?
Yes, it is. Our mounting system includes you will receive contains a magnet or magnets, depending on the size of your poster.
To what surfaces can I mount Artplanet posters?
We recommend mounting the Artplanet posters on even surfaces with no protruding elements.Therefore we recommend avoiding brick walls. Mounting on walls covered with wallpaper should not cause any problems, however, we are not able to assess the grip on your type of wallpaper.
How to remove a magnet from the wall?
To remove a magnet from the wall you need to grab a corner of the protective leaf and pull slowly.
Are there any other methods of mounting the poster?
We do not recommend any other methods of mounting our posters on the wall than using a magnet. Optionally, you can make a hole in the magnet and mounting it to the wall by using a nail.
Is it possible to purchase additional magnets?
Yes, you can purchase additional magnets.
Orders
How can I pay for the order?
you can pay with your credit card or via PayPal. Payments are made USD, EUR, GBP. If you choose a different currency than mentioned above, the final charge is made in USD at the exchange rate of your bank.
Will I receive my confirmation e-mail?
Yes. After placing an order we send the confirmation e-mail. If you don’t receive it, please check your spam folder to make sure it didn’t get lost there.
How to use a discount code?
Please enter a discount code to the discount code box during the order summary. Please make sure you enter the code correctly and don't forget to use the discount.
I forgot to apply a discount. Can you refund me a difference?
Unfortunately, we are not able to apply a discount to the order already placed. The only solution is to cancel the order and place a new one with a discount available on the website. However, please note that according to our cancellation policy the order can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing it.
Can I get a discount for a bunk purchase?
If you plan to purchase more than 100 Artplanet posters at once, please contact us at ……... We will contact you to negotiate the offer price.
Can I change or add an item to my order?
Unfortunately, we are not able to amend the order already placed. The only solution is to cancel the order and place a new one. However, please note that according to our cancellation policy the order can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing it.
How to change my shipping address?
Please contact us at ……. or by using telephone number ……. In case if your order is already sent, we will contact the shipping company on your behalf to ask for a change.
Is invoice included in the package?
We include invoices only when we ship outside EU Can you customise and artist’s design which is already published on your website? The designs on our website belong to our artists and we are not able to make any amendments. Every design is an artwork of a specific artist and therefore their intellectual property.
Can I buy digital art files?
The Artists’ design published on our website cannot be sold in a digital format. Each design is owned by artists who created them and it’s their intellectual property.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Unfortunately, we do not offer gift vouchers.
Do you offer gift packing service?
We do not offer gift wrapping service. Here you will find information about the current packaging (link).
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. It is possible but not later than 24 h after placing an order. This is due to the production and shipment of products that can be after this time already made and delivered to the courier.
I have cancelled my order. When I receive a refund?
Your refund should be finalized within 14 days of cancellation but we will do our best to do it as soon as possible.
Will there be any customs fee applied to my order?
Depending on the destination, there is a possibility of an additional duty fee. Its amount depends on a specific countries regulations. Any costs related to customs duties shall be paid by the buyer. How can I check the status of my order?

What can I do if my parlec lack its content or the received product has some defects or is damaged?
Remember to always check the content of a parcel in the presence of a courier. If after opening the package you find out that it lacks its content or the product has some defects please register this with the courier and contact us at (link)
What is the estimated time of delivery?

All parcels are securely packed and sent by DHL/UPS/FedEx.
Do you deliver to PO BOX, APO, FPO, DPO addresses?
Unfortunately, due to the shipping companies' restrictions on delivery to the above addresses, we might not able to send your order. We suggest using a regular address when placing an order. Returns
What is your return policy?
You may return your order without giving any reason by returning the product intact (excluding natural wear due to its use as intended) and submitting an appropriate statement within 30 calendar days. This time-limit is calculated from the day the User took the possession of the Product. You as a customer will cover the following costs:
(a) the cost of returning the Product (return shipment)
(b) if you selected a manner of Product delivery other than the least expensive ordinary manner of delivery available on the Website, Artplanet is not obliged to reimburse any additional costs incurred by you. Withdrawal is possible if the system of its assembly included in the Product still functions. Returns can be directed to the address available here (link). It is not possible to return the printout made on demand, ordered as part of the "Up & Load" function based on the uploaded graphics and at the client's request.

Do I have to pay to become an Artist on Artplanet?
No. Creating an account and becoming an Artist on our website is free.
Do the artwork presented on Artplanet undergo any selection?
Yes, artworks are verified. In particular we reserve the right to reject any artwork during the validation process that is not in line with the profile of our website or doesn’t meet our technical criteria. In addition, we reject work that is inconsistent with the aesthetic policy of the site and those that contain controversial or offensive content that may violate moral norms or legal regulations regarding publication. The most common reasons for artworks rejection are: low quality files, borders or text too close to the edge. The work can no be published more than once on the website (multiple pattern can not be published), or differ only in small details from existing work. You must be the owner of the image.
What technical requirements have to be fulfilled by the artwork to pass verification?
We only published high print quality uploads. Minimum 300 DPI in RGB mode. JPG size up to 30MB, shortest side at least 2900px. 1.4:1 ratio for the best product fit (ex. 4060px x 2900px). Preferred resolution to 5880 x 4200 px. Text/content shall be from the edge at least 181px for the file.
How to upload my artwork to the website?
Below we present instructions for uploading works in six steps:
1. To add new works, go to your profile page and next enter the Arts tab, press the "Add New" button or select "Add new art" from the Artist panel drop-down tab. The window for adding works with infographics summarizing the requirements for the file will appear. Make sure your file meets the service requirements.
2. Locate the file on the disk and drag-drop it to the screen or click "Click to upload" and locate it in the newly opened window. After selecting the file and uploading it to the server, you will hit the next screen.
3.Enter the work name, then add the tags. They should reflect the subject of the work, describe the colors, style, techniques used or the references used. Entering tags has an autocomplete option that suggests a tag from the tag database. The "ArtTag" tag suggestion function will also work there, which offers the best tags for the artwork.
4. Choose one or several categories to which work fits best.
5. Select one or several of the existing collections to which you assign work. If you have not created any collections yet or you want your work to belong to a new collection, press the "Create" button to add the desired collection and enter its name..
6. Confirm via the "Add art" button. A window will appear confirming the successful completion of the process.
How to delete my artwork?
Log in to the website and visit the Artist's Profile page. In the “My Arts” tab you will see published works. You can delete the work there by clicking the "Delete" button.
Can I as an Artist set the price of my works by myself?
Yes, you can choose an additional margin added to work, which will affect the final price. You are always able to edit the prices of your works from the work management panel in the My Arts tab.
Where can I see data about my sales statistics?
Go to your profile page. In the menu located there you will see tabs such as: statistics on uploaded works (collections, works) and social activities (likes, tracking). Next to it, is a tab of the Artist's Panel, in which you can choose the elements: My statistics, My earnings. In the My statistics tab, you can check the statistics for the last month and full sales statistics for your account. In the My Earnings tab, you'll find all the historical sales data for your work, visible in the tables. You can also check what commission is currently waiting for you on your withdrawal account. In the My orders tab you can follow orders of your work in detail.
How long does it take to enter data about my commissions on the website?
The data should be visible up to 24 hours from the date of sale. You will be able to make a settlement after exceeding the minimum amount in accordance with the conditions set out here (link). As part of the above settlements, no remuneration is recognized for the sale of those Products that have been returned by the buyer (based on a complaint or withdrawal from the contract).
Is there a minimum withdrawal threshold?
Yes. Payment will be made only once a minimum of … is accumulated on your account. That will be checked by the system.
How to request pay-out?

How to become a Merchant on Artplanet?
To become a Merchant, you must create a User account on Artplanet, then accept the Terms of Use as Merchant by clicking "Become a merchant" in your User profile. You can create an account as a User here (link). During the registration, the User or Artist performs following steps:

What exact commissions I can expect?
You receive up to 30% off the net sales price of any work from your link. If the customer applies the discount , the commission is calculated at 30% of the net selling price, i.e. the price after applying the discounts. Remember that our special offers and discount codes that you offer to fans support sales. You get lower pay, but you increase sales, which translates into the sum of your profits.
Can anyone become a Merchant?
Yes, all Users and Artists can share links and earn money.
How do I know that commision is mine?
We use special cookies for that. They help us determine the source of traffic and purchase on our site. Thanks to this trick we know who is responsible for the sales. What happens if someone clicks on the link that I’m sharing, does not purchase it during the first session but comes back later and makes a purchase? Cookies help us track orders from links. Files are maintained for 60 days, therefore purchases do not have to be made the first time you visit our website. If during this period the user makes a purchase, the commission will be credited to your account.
What if I’m an Artist on Artplanet?
You can also become a Merchant and earn more. If you sell your work, thanks to affiliate links, you will receive a commission as an Artist and Merchant. If the customer goes to another artist's work and makes a purchase, you are still entitled to Merchant's commission.
Do I have to pay to join the program?
No, there are no additional costs for participating in the affiliate program as Merchant.
How can I check my sales statistics and commissions?
You can find the sales data in the Affiliate Panel in the "My profits" and "My sales statistics" tab.
How to payout my commissions?
Your commissions will be published in the panel 24 hours after the sale. In the Affiliate Panel, you can submit a withdrawal request using the "withdrawal request" button. In Artplanet, transparent terms of collaboration are important to us. In accordance with the Website Terms of Use, providing product models, you grant us a non- exclusive license, which means that the rights to the works remain your property. In return, you are entitled to a salary from the sale of each of the artistic works published by you on the site.
The remuneration is calculated on the net selling price of a product based on the product model provided by you, and therefore also depends on the current promotions and discount codes used by the customer. The current commission due to the artist is given in the table below:
In the artist's panel, you can independently request a commission after reaching the minimum amount that is eligible for withdrawal (see: Instructions for paying commissions). Artplanet posters mounting instructions
Artplanet metal posters are easy to mount and secure for your walls. Below, we present how to mount a poster in a chosen place on the wall in five steps.
1. Wipe the wall with a wet cloth and let it dry out.
2. Peel at the back of the sticker to assemble the protective layer and place the paper on the wall and press against the wall, then smooth to remove the air bubbles.
3. Remove the protective film from the magnet.
4. Place the magnet on the sticker in the indicated place in the middle and press firmly.
5. Place the Artplanet poster on the mount by applying its back to the magnet.

To proceed with the payment of the sales commission you have to go through a few steps.

Each of the artworks offered on our website is hand-made under the supervision of the Production Master as part of our own production park.
